下肢血管医学影像学的应用解剖

摘    要:为适应医学影像学的发展,结合临床超声诊断,本文对福尔马林固定的成尸50具(男41,女9)的下肢血管内、外径值及动脉壁厚度进行了观测,其中股动脉、胭动脉、胫后动脉、胫前动脉及足背动脉壁的厚度分别为:0.64±0.14mm,0.58±0.10mm,0.49±0.10mm,0.48±0.11mm,0.43±0.10mm;它们的内径值分别为;7.2±1.41mm,5.4±1.01mm,1.8±0.33mm,2.9±0.38mm,1.9±0.56mm。用美国产Acuson 128型彩色电脑声像仪检测了20例正常成人下肢动脉相应点的内径值。二者比较,经t检验(P>0.05),无显著性差异。

Abstract:In order to meet the progress of the medical imaging, the observation and measurement of the internal, external diameter of lower limb blood vessels as well as the thickness of the wall of the arteries were made in 50 adult cadavers (males 41, females 9) which were fixed by formalin. The measurement points were integrated with ultrasounic diagnosis. The thickness of the wall of the femoral, popliteal, posterior tibial , anterior tibial and dorsalis pedis artery was 0. 64±0.14mm, 0. 58±0.10mm, 0.49 ±0.10mm, 0.48±0.11mm and 0.43±0. 10mm; internal diameter of the femoral, popliteal, posterior tibial, anterior tibial and dorsalis pedis artery was 7. 2±1. 41mm, 5. 4± 1.01mm, 1. 8±0. 33mm, 2. 9±0. 38mm and 1. 9±0. 56mm, respectively. The measurement of internal diameter of the arteries of 20 normal subjects was performed on A-CUSON 128 computed Sonography Unit, using 5MHz transducer comparison was made between these two groups of internal diameter and checked with t -test. There were not significant differences between them (P>0. 05) .
