压缩比在1132柴油机一维仿真计算中取值规律的研究

摘    要:以WAVE软件为计算平台,以一维仿真计算中所采用的压缩比与某1132柴油机的几何压缩比之间的差别及该差别随着部分工况控制参数的变化规律为对象进行了研究。研究结果表明:一维仿真计算中所采用的压缩比与柴油机的几何压缩比之间存在着一定的差距,且工况不同时该差距按照一定的规律有所变化。该结论为使用该软件对该发动机进行进一步的优化设计有参考价值,两种压缩比之间的差距随工况控制参数的变化对于其他型号柴油机的研究也同样具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the WAVE software,the difference between one-dimensional simulation code compression ratio and 1132 diesel engine geometric compression ratio and the rule of difference with condition parameter were researched.The result shows that some differences between two compression ratios exist and change with different working conditions,which bring the reference for further engine optimization and other engine designs.
