褪黑素的免疫调节作用

摘    要:目的 研究褪黑素对机体免疫功能的调节作用。方法 在同一时间内通过检测巨噬细胞吞噬率、血清半数溶血值 ,体外抗体形成细胞数量 ,MTT法淋巴细胞转化率及小鼠耳片肿胀度测定机体的非特异性和特异性免疫功能。结果 褪黑素能提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率 ,血清半数溶血值 ,体外抗体形成细胞数量 ,淋巴细胞转化率及小鼠耳片肿胀度。结论 褪黑素可对免疫功能低下和免疫缺陷鼠发挥免疫上调作用。

The immunomodulatory role of Melatonin
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the role of melatonin in immune system. Methods Number of chicken blood cells engulfed by Macrophage was counted in mouse's abdominal cavity responded to innate immunity, and then the following measures were taken to determine adaptive immunity:①Counting Plaque Forming Cells;②Assaying serum hemolysin level;③Testing lymphocyte transforming by MTT;④Testing ear swelling.Results Compared with the control group, the dosage of 100?μg·kg -1 and 200?μg·kg -1 melatonin could raise the macrophage phagocytes rate and the serum hemolysin level, increase the plaque transforming cells quantity, improve the stimulating index of lymphocyte transformation and promote the degree of ear swelling in immunodeficient mouse.There was significant differences( P <0.01). To the control group, the dosage of 100?μg·kg -1 melatonin could also improve the stimulating index of lymphocyte transformation and promote the degree of ear swelling. The differences were also significant( P <0.01).Conclusion In the dosage of 100?μg·kg -1 melatonin could modulate body immune function innately and adaptively.
