摘    要:建立了交叉口交通流的动态模型,基于该模型实现了交通信号相位的动态配时,提出了一种考虑双向绿波的干线相邻交叉口相位差优化控制方法,并采用改进的遗传算法(GA)进行求解,从而实现交通干线分级递阶协调控制,避免了交通拥挤和堵塞。以济南市经十路干线交叉口为对象,选择不同时段的车流量数据进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明,本文提出的控制方案能够有效地减小车辆排队长度,从而提高干线交通畅通,降低车辆平均延误时间,是进行城市交通干线控制有效且实用的方法。

Abstract:The dynamic models of traffic flow at intersections is built,the distributing time dynamically for traffic signal phases based on the models is realized,a control algorithm optimizing phase offset for neighboring intersections on arterial roads which considered bidirectional green waves is presented,the optimized solution is obtained with an improved genetic algorithm(GA),hierarchical cooperative control for traffic arterial roads is realized and traffic congest is avoided.Take example of intersections on Jingshi Road in Jinan city,vehicle flow data of different periods of time were used for simulation.The result proves that the control plan presented in the paper can effectively shorten vehicles' queuing length,enhance expedite traffic for arterial roads and reduce average delay time.The plan is an effective and practical method.
