摘 要: | 本文指出,20~#20Cr、20CrMnTi、20MnVB钢所采用的低温渗碳工艺试验的最佳渗碳温度为860~900°。与高温渗碳相比,低温渗碳能使钢的组织更为细小,能提高工件的机械性能和尺寸精度,还能节约能源和延长工夹具和设备的使用寿命。该工艺现已在东风汽车公司的生产中正式使用。

Abstract: | This paper indicates the oun carburizing temperature in low temperature carburizing process tests on 20#、20Cr、20CrMnTi、 20Mn VB steels is 860~900℃. Tests show that Compared with the high temperature carburizing,the low temperature carburizing can more refine the steel microstructure, improve mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of workpieces, save energy and prolong the service period of tool、jig and device. The low temperature carburizing process is now applied in the production of Dong Feng Motor Corporation. |
