水泥强度快速检测试验研究

工程实际中应快速测定硅酸盐水泥强度，对于加快土木建筑工程施工速度，确保混凝土质量，充分合理地利用水泥活性十分重要，根据对承德地区14个品牌的175组新标准水泥的试验结果，研究了1.5h压蒸养护促硬快速检测水泥强度与28d标准强度之间的关系。通过分析它们之间的回归关系曲线表明，1.5h压蒸养护促硬快测水泥强度与28d标准强度之间的相关性高度显著。研究结果还表明，利用1.5h压蒸养护促硬快速检测和推测水泥强度的方法切实可行，该方法所建立的上述关系曲线适合于进行区域性推广应用。

Study on Rapid Detection Test of Cement Strength

The rapid detection test of portland cement strength is important to speed up the construction of civil engineering,ensure the quality of concrete and utilize accurately the activity of cement. According to the test results of 175 groups for 14 cement brands in Chengde region,the relation between the rapid detection of cement strength cured by steam for 1.5 hours and standard strength for 28 days is studied.The relative curve indicates that the relativity is highly noticeable. The experimental results indicate that the technique of rapid detection of cemnt strength cured by steam for 1.5 hours used to infer the standard strength of portland cement for 28 days is feasible and practicable. The established relative curve is propitious to apply in a district range.
