机车车辆弹塑性接触应力场动力学仿真

摘    要:钢轨的承载能力问题以及工况参数对轮轨关系的影响已受到越来越多的关注。文章考虑车轮和钢轨系统几何形状及边界条件,利用有限元分析软件构建了轮轨系统滚动接触模型并进行了数值分析,得出了轮轨间接触状态和接触内力的分布情况。研究结果表明所构建的模型和结论具有一定的合理性。

Abstract:It has been paid more and more attention to the load ability of rail and the effect of case parameters. In the paper, the model of rolling contact of wheel/rail is constructed, taking into account real geometry and boundary conditions of wheel/rail by using the commercialized software ANSYS. Primary numerical analyses are carried out about the contact condition of wheel/rail and the stress distribution. The results show that the model of wheel/rail and conclusions are reasonable.
