环境目标下的路段交通结构优化模型研究

摘    要:基于污染物排放因子与车速的函数关系、速度-流量回归模型,推导出了路段污染物总排放量的计算公式;运用道路资源时间占用率的概念,建立了道路运输效率的评价函数模型.运用多目标规划理论建立了环境目标下的路段交通结构优化模型,并给出了求解算法.该模型不仅考虑了交通结构对环境的影响,同时还考虑了交通结构对运输效率的影响.模型的最优解不仅能够满足交通需求,还能在减少道路交通对环境的负面影响的同时提高运输效率.
