Non-linear stability analysis of tall piers with incipient defect |

| Abstract: | Tall piers,with incipient defect,are regarded as investigative object.With the considerations of the effects of geometrical and material non linearity,the tall piers are analyzed by non linear stability analysis through "ANSYS".And the obtained results are compared to those by linear analysis. |
