| 摘 要： | 廉政文化建设，是党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉工作的有效途径，是加强党员干部队伍建设，提高党的执行力的有力举措。廉政文化作为一种以价值观念、精神意识为核心内容的思想文化，其目的在于进一步促进党员干部整体素质的提高，更好地实现监督职能，形成以廉为荣、以贪为耻的良好风尚。

| Abstract: | To build an honest culture is an efficiency means to realize ＂Clean Government- Building＂ and ＂Anti-corruption Compaign＂, it aslo helps to strengthen theconstruction of Party members and cadres as well as executive ability of theparty. ＂Honest culture＂ is a kind of ideology and culture centering on valueconcept arid spirit consciousness, with its purpose to promote overall quality ofthe Party Members and Cadres, and optimize the realization of supervisingfunction, finally, to build a cultural atmosphere of incorrupt glory and corrupt-disgrace. |
