枢纽型机场陆侧道路交通系统关键技术问题的研究

枢纽型机场是中枢航线网络的节点,是航空客货运的集散中心。现阶段国内大型机场均进入新建和扩建高峰期。枢纽型机场陆侧道路交通系统具有旅客流量大、出行方式多样、组织流程复杂等特点。如何分析陆侧道路系统;如何组织高效便捷的陆侧道路交通;如何拟定科学合理的道路方案,是枢纽型机场陆侧道路系统规划和设计考虑的重点问题。该文通过对首都机场T3航站区陆侧道路交通系统设计实例的分析研究,根据首都机场航站区规模和总体布局条件,分析航空旅客交通特性,提出了陆侧道路系统分析思路和原则,引申出来的"三主三辅"、"逐级分流"、"复循环路"和"以人为本"设计理念可以为多交通流线、多层面交通衔接转换机场综合交通枢纽建设,提供思路和参考,同时也可为火车站等综合交通枢纽的建设与改造提供良好借鉴。

Study on Key Technology of Land Side Road Traffic System of Hub Airport

The hub airport is the node of the center air line network,and is the terminal center of the air passenger and freighter.The large-sized airports in China come into the new building and extension peak period now.The landside road traffic system of hub airport has the characteristics of large passenger flow,many traveling modes and composite organization flow.How to analyze the land side road system,how to organize the high-efficient convenient land side road traffic and how to propose the scientific reasonable road scheme are the important issues to be considered in the planning and design of land side road system of the hub airport.The article analyzes and studies the design case of land side road traffic system of the Capital Airport T3 Terminal Area,analyzes the traffic characteristic of air passengers according to the scope and overall layout conditions of the Capital Airport Terminal Area,and put forward the analyzing thinking and principle of land side road system,which extend the design ideas of"three trunks and three branches","Separation by classes","compound cycle road"and"to take people as the foremost"able to provide the thinking and reference for the construction of traffic flow line and the integrated traffic hub of multi-level traffic interchange airport,and at same time,also to provide the good reference for the construction and reconstruction of the railway stations and etc.
