摘    要:文章介绍了一种基于dSPACE实时仿真器开发的大功率交直交冶金轧机主传动系统半实物仿真系统,其中仿真系统构建了虚拟现场的运行环境,实时仿真器模拟完成变流控制器的调试与测试,完全能满足大功率交直交冶金轧机主传动系统产品调试、测试中各项功能与性能的要求,大大降低了中压传动变流控制器产品开发对试验资源的依赖程度。

Abstract:It analyzed a semi-physical simulation system for the main drive system of high-power AC-DC-AC rolling mill based on dSPACE. Virtual scene were constructed for the simulation system, debugging and test running environment were made through real-time simulator for the converter controller. It completely meets the requirements of various functions and performances in debugging and testing of the main drive system for high power AC-DC-AC rolling mill, and greatly reduces dependence of the controller for medium voltage drive converter on the test resources.
