| 摘 要： | 针对秦岭公路隧道2号竖井施工中高地应力、硬岩、交通不便、大井以及深井筒等不利条件,提出了采用项目法管理的措施。实践证明:项目法管理的采用,提高了施工速度及工程质量,为工程的如期竣工打下了坚实的基础。 |

| Abstract: | The project method is presented based on the Qingling tunnel No.2 shaft construction with highland stress,hard rock,hard traffic,big well and deep shaft.The practical examples provel that the method can speed up the construction and improve the quality. |
