| Abstract: | The classification of polyurethane(PU)coatings and the constitution, principle, characteristics, and construction of 100% solid long-life rigorous PU(RPU), widely applied in port hydraulic structures at present, together with some application cases are presented. RPU provides a new choice for meeting the demands of 50 years' lifetime in marine engineering. |
