摘    要:计算了水泥路面拉杆周围不同初始松动量条件下的拉杆应力传导率及变形传导率,采用灰色关联理论对影响传荷性能的松动量因素进行分析,得到其对拉杆传荷能力的影响程度。主要结论:相同工况下,应力传导率较变形传导率低20%~30%,随工况变化,两种传导率变化较为符合;松动长度每增加2 cm,传导率降低约10%,应力传导率随松动厚度增加而降低,0.3 mm处出现拐点,传导率渐趋稳定;松动长度与传导率的关联系数为松动厚度与传导率的关联系数的1.2倍,松动长度对拉杆传荷能力影响大于松动厚度对拉杆传荷能力影响;应力传导率与变形传导率呈线性相关性,可用变形传导率反算应力传导率,用以评价拉杆实际传荷能力。

Abstract:The article calculates the rod stress conductivity and the deformation conductivity around the cement pavement rod under the condition of the different initial loosening momentums. The grey theory is used to analyze the factors to influence the loosening momentum of load transfer capacity to achieve its influence degrees. The main conclusion is that the stress conductivity is 20% ~30% lower than the deformation conductivity under the same working condition. Two kinds of conductivity varieties are more satisfied with the change of working conditions. The conductivity reduces about 10% while the loosening length increases 2 cm each. The stress conductivity reduces with the increase of loosening thickness. The conductivity is gradually stable with the break point at 0.3 mm. The correlation coefficient of the loosening length and the conductivity is 1.2 times of the correlation coefficient of the loosening thickness and conductivity. The influence of loosening length on rod load transfer capacity is larger than the influence of the loosening thickness on rod load transfer capacity. The stress conductivity and the deformation conductivity present the linear relativity. The deformation conductivity can be used to reversely calculate the stress conductivity and used to evaluate the actual rod load transfer capacity.
