布敦岩沥青掺配工艺研究

摘    要:采用改进的沉降试验研究布敦岩沥青(BRA)的掺配工艺及其改性沥青的贮存稳定性,并在实际工程中进行了验证。试验结果表明:BRA在沥青中极易沉淀,不同层位BRA改性沥青的灰分含量、软化点相差较大,严重影响改性沥青的路用性能。采用"干法"工艺可以充分发挥BRA的改性作用,有效避免BRA沉降的问题。工程应用表明,使用"干法"工艺生产的BRA沥青混凝土具有较高的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性能。

Abstract:The paper studies the doping technology of Buton Rock Asphalt (BRA) and the storage stability of its modified asphalt by the improved settlement tests, which are validated in the practical projects. The results show that BRA can be easily precipitated in the asphalt, and the ash contents and softening points of BRA modified asphalt are different in the different layers, which will seriously affect the road use performance of modified asphalt. The use of "dry-process"technology can fully play the modifying role of BRA and effectively avoid the settlement of BRA. The engineering application makes clear that BRA asphalt concrete produced by the"dry-process"technology has the higher high-temperature stability, water stability and low-temperature crack resistance.
