青藏铁路多年冻土隧道隔热保温研究

摘    要:从冻土隧道冻害产生的基本因素、冻融圈的变化规律分析,提出青藏铁路多年冻土隧道隔热保温的设计思路及“防水板+隔热保温层+防水保护层”的隔热保温结构形式,并结合围岩温度变化进行现场测试,分析得出围岩地温在逐渐回冻,从而验证了隔热保温设计的合理性,其设计方法及思路可为以后相关类似工程的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Thermal insulation design concept and thermal insulation structure of "waterproofing sheet + thermal insulation layer + waterproofing protection layer" are proposed for tunnels in permafrost soil on Qinghai-Tibet Railway on basis of analysis on the causes for the frost-induced diseases of tunnels in frost soil and the variation rules of the frost-thaw rings. The variation of the temperatures of the surrounding rock mass are measured and analyzed, which confirms that the surrounding rock mass is in gradual refreezing state and in turn verifies that the thermal insulation design is reasonable. This design method and design concept can be served as reference for similar projects in the future.
