TMCP船用钢材应用性能的研究

摘    要:文章针对TMCP船用AH36高强钢的材料性能进行了研究。试验用钢材的板厚为19.5mm的AH36(TMR)和AH36(AcC)。通过化学分析等方法,对材料的力学性能、组织、最高硬度等方面进行了较为全面的分析。结论显示两种材料均具有高强度、高韧性的特点。并对TMCP材料采用CO2半自动焊和FAB自动焊接方法进行了试验,结果表明材料具有良好的焊接性能。

Abstract:In the paper, a study of the AH36 high strength steel produced by TMCP technology was conducted. In the study, the mechanical property, microstructure, chemical composition, maximum hardness of the test plates AH36(TMR) and AH36(AcC) grade up to 19.5mm in thickness were analyzed. The experimental result shows that two kinds of materials share the optimum strength and ductility. In additin, the result indicates that the material is of high welding performance by using CO2 and FAB welding method.
