摘    要:介绍3种竖井施工的方法,针对石牙山隧道通风竖井工程的实际情况,采用LM-300型反井钻机施工,分析了采用全机械化作业反井钻孔产生偏斜的原因,并采取相应的预防偏斜和纠偏措施提高了钻孔精度。实践证明,这种反井钻机施工的方法提高了施工速度及工程质量。

Abstract:Three approaches of shaft construction are introduced. LM-300 raise boring machine is applied according to the actual situation of ventilation shaft project of Shiyashan tunnel. Reasons for the deflection of fully-mechanized raise boring are analyzed. The preventative measures and corrective measures are taken to increase the precision of boring. It is proved that the method improves the construction speed and project quality.
