| Abstract: | Abstrct: According to basic theories of market economy,such as market efficiency,supply,demand and the Coase Theorem,the paper analyzed current problems existing in road construction models,and by combining with the financial constrain and pressure in highway construction,it proposed several more effective use of capital for road construction. |
