| 摘 要： | 中国轨道交通的迅速发展,对轨道交通客运服务提出了新的要求,国家标准GB/T 22486<城市轨道交通客运服务>的出台更对轨道交通客运服务在质量上作出了严格的要求.职业院校适时建设"轨道交通客运服务"专业,培养合格的服务人员,将是保证轨道交通客运服务质量的重要措施.

| Abstract: | The rapid development of Chinese orbit traffic has brought forward new requirements for passenger service.Besides,national standard GB/T 22486 Passenger Service in City Orbit Traffic System has also made the strict quality requirement to it.Which constructing Passenger Service in Orbit Traffic System major in vocational and technical college with the cultivating of qualified service,is an essential measure to ensure the quality of passenger service in orbit traffic system. |
