航天热控制系统关键受力部件结构分析与优化研究

摘    要:以阿尔法磁谱仪(AMS-02)热控制系统中支架为对象,运用有限元方法对其关键受力部件进行了结构分析和优化设计.分析了中支架板单元的最大Mises应力和梁单元最大复合应力并进行了强度校验.计算了中支架支撑梁的屈曲临界应力,与极限工况下梁的最小主应力进行了对比.结果表明,目前设计的中支架不存在强度破坏和失稳问题,并有很高的安全裕度.在进一步的优化设计中,以减轻质量为目标函数,发现目前中支架在安全裕度范围内仍可以减轻质量16.6%.
