摘    要:提出了一种不解体诊断中冷器技术状态的新方法,通过检测中冷器增压空气流动阻力、空气和冷却水进、出口温度等,提取反映中冷器技术状态的特征参数,成功地诊断了中冷器的技术状态及典型故障.

Abstract:A new fault diagnosis method for charger-air cooler without disassembling the engine has been introduced.Feature parameters reflecting fault status of charger -air cooler has been obtained by measuring the resistance of charger-air cooler to charger-air,the inlet and outlet temperature of charger-air and cooling water.The status and typical faults in charger-air cooler was successfully diagnosed.
