| 摘 要： | 早在1977年,邓小平就提出:"中国的船舶要出口,要打进国际市场."经过改革开放20多年的发展,中国造船工业已经有了长足的进步,连续6年在造船产量和货运船舶手持订单上居世界第三位.据英国权威咨询公司统计报告,1 999年我国货运船舶成交量已经突破全世界成交量的10%,而且其中80%是出口船,除销售到香港、东南亚地区以外,已经包括了美、英、德、日和北欧在内的世界50多个国家和地区,引起了国内外的广泛关注和重视.
