| 摘 要： | 构建安全、有效、可控的载体为肿瘤基因治疗的瓶颈。肿瘤基因治疗载体分为病毒性载体和非病毒性载体。肿瘤基因治疗载体在临床应用中尚存在许多问题,目前的趋势集中于安全性、高效性、靶向特异性和多功能基因联合研究。
