摘    要:通过对用户思维、大数据思维、平台思维三种互联网思维模式和以人为本理念对政府交通服务平台建设的影响分析,提出分析用户个性需求、开放数据、打造交通服务“生态圈”等运营策略,以科学指导我国政府交通服务平台建设,对我国智慧交通政务建设有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The article analyzes the influence of internet thinking and people-oriented concept on construction of government traffic platform, such as user thinking, big data thinking and platform thinking, and proposes the operating strategy such as analyzing the needs of individual users, opening data, creating a transport service"ecosystem"and so on, which can scientifically guide the construction of government traffic platform in China, and has a certain guiding significance for the construction of intelligence traffic in China.
