公路基础设施运行状态监测指标体系研究

公路交通基础设施规模总量不断扩大、养护管理精细化和公众服务需求的不断提高，使得对公路基础设施特别是处于失稳条件下的基础设施进行监测显得尤为重要。根据基础设施安全监测需求和监测对象，对基础设施监测指标进行分类，并在此基础上选取监测指标，以期通过对监测指标数据的采集，为路网管理人员提供实时、丰富的动态数据指标，进而实时评估公路基础设施运行安全状态，制定相应的公路养护和管控措施，提高公路养护管理水平和应急处置能力。

Study on Highway Infrastructure Operating Performance Monitoring Index System

Road infrastructure monitoring is increasingly important, with the expanding of road scale, sophisticated maintenance and management requirements and continuously increasing of public demand for services. In this article, highway infrastructure monitoring indicators classification and selection is proposed according to infrastructure security monitoring requirements and monitoring objects. After obtaining these data, the network managers are able to assess the security status of the highway infrastructure, develop appropriate road maintenance and control measures based on the assessment results, and improve road maintenance management and emergency response capabilities.
