| Abstract: | Mashuihe River Extra-big Bridge is a controlling engineering in the construction of the west of Shanghai-Chengdu highway in Hubei. A series of technical problems were overcome by all employees involved in the work. Construction of mass concrete is one of the problems. Optimization of construction mix proportion, physical cooling and other methods were used for the successful elimination of the effects of the temperature stress. |
