大功率内燃和谐机车动力组检修工艺研究

目前我国各铁路干线正处于由传统型机车向新型大功率和谐机车过渡阶段,新型大功率和谐机车将成为我国干线的主要机型,对新型大功率和谐机车的检查检修成为亟待解决的一个新课题。对新型内燃大功率和谐机车的动力组部分的结构组成、国内外检修修程及动力组两年检主要工艺流程进行介绍,并以某内燃大功率和谐机车检修基地动力组检修间布置为例,提出动力组检修流水线工位设置的建议。

Research on Maintenance Process of Power Assembly of HXN-type High-power Diesel Locomotive

At present the railway main lines in China are in the period of transition from traditional locomotives to the new HX-type high-power locomotives,which will become the main locomotive type running on railway main lines in China. Therefore the maintenance for the new HX-type high-power locomotive has become a new problem that must be solved. The paper introduces relevant issues regarding the maintenance of the power assembly of new HXN-type high-power diesel locomotive,including the structure components,the inspection and repairing schedule at home and abroad,and the main technical process for inspecting once every two years. Moreover,taking the layout of the inspection workshop of the power assembly of a HXN-type high-power diesel locomotive as the example,this paper gives suggestion about how to arrange the working positions at the maintenance process flow of the power assembly.
