邯长邯济铁路扩能改造工程设计方案研究

既有线扩能改造如何实现改造方案与运力需求相匹配,运输组织最优,对既有运输影响最小等需系统研究。通过增二线、双线取直、到发线延长、速度目标值等扩能改造方案研究,提出建设方案;通过增二线平纵断面方案及既有线加固整治、变更设计、设计服务运输等方面阐述系统优化设计及需进一步改进的建议。研究认为既有线扩能改造应避免既有线大量拆改,二线宜并行既有线建设;运输组织方案需强化点线能力协调配套,提高运输效率,但应避免产能虚浮、浪费;设计方案应充分考虑对运输的影响,关注设计方案的安全性、可实施性及系统性。

Research on Design Scheme of Capacity Expansion and Renovation Project of Handan-Changzhi and Handan-Jinan Railways

In the design scheme of capacity expansion and renovation project of existing lines,there are many issues that need to be researched systematically,such as how to match the design scheme with the transportation capacity,how to optimize the transportation organization,how to minimize the negative effect on the existing railway transportation business and so on. This paper,through the research on design scheme of the capacity expansion and renovation project,including how to add the second line, how to straighten the double lines,how to extend the receiving and departure tracks,how to determine the target speed and so on,proposed a design scheme. Further on,this paper expounded system optimization design and gave some suggestion on problems needing to be improved,from aspects such as the route profile and cross-section of second line added,the strengthening and treatment of the existing lines,design alteration,design serving the transportation and so on. The research suggests that:( a) For the capacity expansion and renovation project,it is necessary to avoid a large quantity of removing and changing of the existing line,and also it is advisable to make the second line parallel to the existing line.( b) In the scheme of transportation organization,the harmonizing and matching between the point and line capacities should be enhanced,while the impractical and useless production capacity should be avoided.( c) The influence on railway transportation induced by design scheme should be taken into account,so as to make the design scheme more safe,effective,practicable and systematical.
