沈阳地铁10号线车辆段工艺设计优化及创新

摘    要:对沈阳地铁10号线桑林子车辆段与综合基地的功能定位、设计规模进行阐述。结合沈阳地铁已开通运营线路的经验教训和地区特点,重点通过车辆段三角线和卸料线的独特设计,车辆段上盖物业开发设计,洗车线、镟轮线设计以及车辆段新技术、新工艺的采用等方面的研究分析,归纳总结了车辆段工艺设计应立足现场实际需要,切不可盲目生搬硬套既有的设计理念和布置方案。

Optimization and Innovation in Technological Design of Rolling Stock Depot of Shenyang Metro Line 10

Abstract:The paper elucidated the functional orientation and design scale of the Sanglinzi rolling stock depot and comprehensive base of Shenyang Metro Line 10. And then in combination with the lessons learned and the regional characteristics of Shenyang metro lines which had been put into use,the paper researched and analyzed the relevant issues of the rolling stock depot,such as the unique design for the triangle line and unloading line,the design for the real estate development above the rolling stock depot, the design for washing line and wheel lathing line,as well as the new technology and new process. Further on,by means of generalizing and summarizing,the paper came to a conclusion that the technological design of rolling stock depot should be based on actual demands,and it is strictly forbidden to copy the existing design ideas and layout schemes blindly.
