| 摘 要： | 随着医疗保险制度的日益完善和参保人数的迅速递增，医疗保险管理信息系统积累了大量数据。如何充分利用这些数据，辅助决策者制定出更加合理的医疗保险政策，已成为当前亟待解决的问题。利用决策树C4．5挖掘算法对医疗保险系统数据进行分析，找出影响就医公平的关键因素，辅助决策者进行政策参数的最优化设置。

| Abstract: | With the medical insurance system steadily improved and the number of participants rapidly increased, medical insurance management information system has accumulated large amounts of data. How to fully utilize and deeply mine these data to access valuable medical insurance information has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper adopts decision trees（ C4.5 algorithm） to analyze data of Medical Treatment Insurance System and finds the key factors that affect fair medical treatment, thereby supporting decision makers to optimize policy parameter settings. |
