| 摘 要： | 目的 应用SPECT脑显像定量测定癫痫局部脑血流量的变化 ,旨在评价其在致痫灶定位诊断中的意义。方法 对 3 5例癫痫患者发作间期进行SPECT脑显像 ,用自编软件定量测定其局部脑血流量。结果 SPECT阳性检出率为 80 % ,其中以颞叶最多 ,额叶及基底节次之。癫痫患者致痫灶脑血流量明显降低 ,平均降低约 3 4 .3 %。结论 SPECT脑显像定量测定发作间期癫痫患者局部脑血流量对癫痫灶定位诊断具有较高的临床价值

Study on quantifying regional cerebral blood flow of epilepsia by brain imaging with 99Tcm-ECD |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of brain SPECT imaging for the decrease of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and localization of epileptic foci.Methods SPECT cerebral blood flow imaging was performed during the intermittent period in 35 epilepsy cases. rCBF of all cases was quantified by proceeding self made software.Results The positive rate of SPECT was 80%, the most of epileptic foci was the temporal lobe, the second was the frontal lobe and the basipodite.The rCBF of epileptic patients was obviously decreased by 34.3%.Conclusion Quantifying regional cerebral blood flow of epilepsia by brain imaging is clinically valuable in the locating diagnosis for epiletic focus. |
