Study on Several Problems of Order B/L |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes several legal problems about how the transfer time of order B/L affects its legal force, how continuity of endorsement in blank affects the holder抯 right of action, and how it affects the shipper抯 right of action in the condition of order B/L. Then the author brings some corresponding resolutions to the problems. |
