摘    要:首先通过对鞍座处CFRP丝的力学性能分析,建立了CFRP丝弯曲强度计算理论,利用理论公式分析了CFRP丝直径和弯曲半径对弯曲强度的影响,并对CFRP丝临界弯曲半径作出推算;接着对CFRP丝在鞍座处的抗弯性能进行了模型试验研究,实测了3种弯曲半径对应的弯曲极限拉力;最后对理论分析结果和试验实测结果作了对比。研究结果表明:CFRP丝在大跨悬索桥鞍座处的弯曲张拉效率超过90%;CFRP主缆弯曲强度计算值与实测值吻合较好;当弯曲半径一定时,弯曲强度随着CFRP丝直径的增大而线性减少,当CFRP丝直径一定时,弯曲强度随着弯曲半径的增大而非线性增加,CFRP丝临界弯曲半径随着CFRP丝直径的增大而线性增加;CFRP丝在鞍槽上的包角对弯曲极限拉力没有影响。
