| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国船舶及其有关作业活动污染海洋环境防治管理规定》日前已经交通运输部部务会议通过,并以2010年第7号部令公布,自2011年2月1日起施行。作为《防治船舶污染海洋环境管理条例》的重要配套规章,该规定共七章六十二条,对条例相关制度的操作予以细化。为便于公众理解,交通运输部海事局副局长黄何特就该规定的相关内容进行了解读。
