冰期航标维护是航标管理工作的难点。文中笔者对黄骅港冰冻的成因和范围进行了阐述,并结合多年的防抗冰冻及航标维护的经验,提出了多项应对之策,旨在拓宽防护思路和方法,更好地提供航海保障。

Maintenance of aids to navigation in the Huanghua Port during the icy period

The maintenance of aids to navigation in the icy period is a difficult job in the A-to-N management work. In this paper, the author describes the cause and scope of the ice formation in the Huanghua Port and, based on the years experience in combating ice and cold wave and maintenance of the A-to-N in the area, provides a number of suggestions on the measures to be taken, with a view to broadening the way of thinking and ensuring better navigation support service.
