自升式钻井平台直升机平台强度分析与优化设计

摘    要:以某型9l.44 m(300ft)自升式钻井平台为例,对直升机平台结构进行有限元强度分析。分析了均布载荷工况、直升机着陆冲击工况及直升机系留工况下的结构应力和变形,对优化前后的结构进行力学性能对比;并分析了优化设计对结构模态的影响。计算结果表明,各载荷工况下平台结构最危险位置均发生在上层建筑与直升机平台的连接处;通过优化桁架参数,达到了减轻自重、提高强度刚度的效果,且优化结果十分可观。

Abstract:To a certain type of 300ft Jack-up drilling platform, for example, for finite element strength analysis of helicopter platforms. The calculation of structural stress and deformation considered the load conditions including uniform load condition, the helicopter landing condition and condition of helicopters arrival on deck. Then compared the mechanical properties between optimization structure and the original and analyzed the effects of optimization design of structure modes. The analysis results show that the connections between the superstructure and helideck are of main concern. And the optimization have achieved the effects of weight reduction and increasing strength and rigidity by optimizing the parameters of trusses impressively.
