摘    要:球柱组合壳结构在船舶与海洋工程领域应用广泛,为考察球柱组合壳结构的力学性能,设计制作了球柱组合壳模型进行静水压力试验,测量其应力。通过对球柱组合壳结构的应力分布规律的研究,得到了球柱组合壳结构的应力与外压力的关系,并验证了球柱组合壳结构的连接处存在应力集中现象,利用试验数据得到了应力集中系数为1.4。

Experimental Investigation of Sphere-cylinder Combined Shell Pressure Hull under External Hydrostatic Pressure

Abstract:The combined spherical and cylindrical shells are widely used in ship and marine engineering. In order to examine the mechanical performance of the combined spherical and cylindrical shells, a model of combined spherical and cylindrical shells is designed and manufactured to be tested under hydrostatic pressure and the stresses are measured. The relationship between the stresses of combined spherical and cylindrical shells and external pressure is obtained through studying the stresses distribution of the combined spherical and cylindrical shells. The stress concentration at the junction of spherical shell and cylindrical shell is verified and the stress concentration factor 1.4 is obtained with using the experimental data.
