摘    要:采用能计及裂纹闭合以及裂纹前缘的三维约束效应的裂纹扩展预报模型对我国研制中的4500米载人深潜器钛合金耐压球壳的疲劳寿命研究。参考国外同级别深潜器下潜统计数据建立了疲劳载荷概率模型,基于响应面法开展了疲劳可靠性分析,得到了失效概率及各随机变量参数敏感性结果,对载人球壳抗疲劳设计及结构安全性评估具有一定的参考意义。

Fatigue and Reliability Analysis of Spherical Shell for 4500-meter Manned Submersible

Abstract:The unified fatigue life prediction method based on the concept of partial crack closure which can consider the nonlinear effect of the material and the closure behavior of the crack front is used for application of the fatigue reliability analysis of the spherical shell in 4500-meter manned submersible under development. The probabilistic model of fatigue load is presented based on the analysis for the diving statistics of foreign manned submersible. The results of failure probability and parameter sensitivity for random variables are obtained by response surface method which can provide a practical method for safety assessment of submersible structures.
