基于虚拟样机技术的调距桨机构动力学仿真分析

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术,文章研究了某调距桨机构在倒车方向调距过程中的运动学和动力学特性。对比在有无摩擦条件下调距机构各部件的受力和运动情况及完成整个调距过程所需要的油压,为调距桨机构的设计和试验提供参考数据,提高调距桨机构的运动学和动力学特性研究效率。

Abstract:Based on the virtual prototyping technology, kinematics and dynamics of controllable pitch propeller institutions in the process of back astern is studied in this paper. contrast of kinematic and dynamics characteristics of every component and the required hydraulic in the case of whether or not to consider the friction is discussed, which can provide reference data for controllable pitch propeller design and experiment and improve the efficiency of research on controllable pitch propeller.
