Build Comprehesive Monitoring and Diagnosis Platform for High-speed Railway Maintenance Management

Based on traditional signal microcomputer monitoring system, the high-speed railway compre-hensive monitoring diagnosis platform has been developed as a backend system. The conception, condi-tions, basic composition and main functions of the platform were introduced in this paper. Some proposals and suggestions, especially about the development and application of C＆S system, were put forward.
