| 摘 要： | 介绍成品油长输管道运行中平板闸阀阀杆和阀杆密封被油品中的坚硬杂质刮伤的情况,对故障原因进行分析并提出了对平板闸阀阀杆密封的改造设想,并建议阀门生产厂家根据现场设备的运行状况改进阀杆密封设计,使阀门能适应高杂质环境下的工况要求。

| Abstract: | Introduce damage in stem and stem seal of flat gate valve which were scratched by hard foreign substance in product oil pipeline,analyze cause and bring forward measure that improve stem seal of flat gate valve,and advise that valve manufacturer should design their stem seal according to mode of operation,so valve could adapt operating condition with a great deal foreign substance. |
