低碳双相钢的二次淬火工艺研究

摘    要:研究了20SiMnTi钢经过不同热处理工艺处理,分析随亚湿淬火温度的变化,材料的组织和力学性能的变化规律,热处理可以使材料得到良好的强塑性配合。其抗拉强度达到950MPa,屈服强度达到920MPa,伸长率为205,断面收缩率为53.4%。

Abstract:Mecrostructure and mechanical properties of 20SiMnTi steel have been studied and analyzed when treated by different heat treatment process, by changing the sub-critical quenching temperatures. Heat treatment may improve the coordination between strength and ductility. The tensile strength may reach 950MPa,and the yield strength 920MPa while the elongation is 20% and fracture contraction 53.4%.
