摘    要:目的明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业卫生补充措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行分析评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、异丙醇、环己酮、异佛尔酮、二氧化锰、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化锡、铅、粉尘、噪声。该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。结论该项目采取的职业病防护措施基本有效,建设单位在按照补充措施进行改进后,其职业病危害控制效果基本上能够达到国家相关卫生标准的要求。

Abstract:Objective To clear occupational hazard factors in the construction project in order to analyze hazard degree and its influence to workers, to evaluate the effects of the equipment on Occupational hazard control ; to suggest occupational health supplement measure. Methods The comprehensive evaluation was conducted by checking the table, occupational health field investigation, occupational health detection and occupational physical examination methods. Results The main occupational hazard factors that exist in this project are benzene .toluene. isopropanol, cyclohexanone, isophorone. MnO2 , CO. NO2. SnO2. Pb. dust and noise. This construction project belongs to severe occupational hazard construction project. Conclusion measures in this construction project were essentially effective, and requirements of occupational health relevant national standards after All kinds of occupational hazard prevention its occupational hazard control effect can reach improving prevention measures.
