OBD三高试验的研究

我国对带有OBD系统车辆要求越来越严格,然而温度及海拔对车辆OBD系统性能影响较大。为保证不同环境下使用的一致性,通过三高试验对整车失火诊断、氧传感器诊断、催化器监测诊断、燃油诊断及零部件诊断等方面进行调整,使其满足我国不同地区的使用要求。文章以长城某款欧Ⅳ标准汽油机车型为基础,阐述了OBD系统三高试验的主要内容。

Research on Environment Road Tests of OBD

More strict requirements are released for the vehicles with OBD system in China,whereas temperature and altitude exert intensive influence on the performance of OBD system. In order to ensure the conformity and reliability of OBD performance in different environments,it＇s necessary to make adjustments to misfire diagnosis,oxygen sensor diagnosis,catalyst monitor diagnosis,fuel trim diagnosis and components diagnosis through environment road tests to satisfy the operation requirements in different regions. Based on vehicle＇s model from GREAT WALL MOTOR,which are equipped with gasoline engine and meet the EU IV emission standard,this paper describes the environment road tests.
