摘    要:CAE分析技术能及时发现汽车设计中存在的问题,降低开发成本。文章利用CAE技术对氢燃料电池世博车前舱骨架结构进行了静动态性能分析,包括前舱骨架的模态、强度及刚度的仿真分析。从而对前舱骨架制动和转弯等工况下的强度进行了评价,在此基础上,对某些前舱骨架局部结构进行了优化设计,得到符合要求的改进设计方案,改善了整车的应力分布,对车身结构轻量化设计具有指导作用。

Abstract:CAE analysis technology can detect problems existing in vehicle design in time and cut development cost.
