基于CATIA和ANSYS的6缸曲轴有限元模态分析

摘    要:柴油发动机使用的曲轴,是一个结构复杂的弹性连续体,曲轴的振动特性对整个发动机的NVH有重大的影响。采用三维设计软件CATIAV5对某系列曲轴进行了三维设计,然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对发动机曲轴进行模态分析,得到了该型号曲轴的固有频率和振型,为发动机曲轴的振动分析计算和有限元分析计算提供了一定的参考,缩短了开发时间,降低了研发费用。

Abstract:Crankshaft on diesel engine,as a complex elastic continuum,whose vibration will exert great influence on the NVH of the whole engine. This paper designs a 3-D crankshaft with the help of three-dimensional design software CATIA V5 and then conducts the modal analysis on the engine crankshaft by using finite element software ANSYS. At last,the natural frequency and mode of vibration have been concluded in this paper,which will provide reference to engine crankshaft vibration analysis and finite element analysis calculations as well as shorten the RD cycle and reduce the cost.
