| 摘 要： | 对攀钢６０ｋｇ／ｍＵ７１Ｍｎ重轨闪光焊接头灰斑缺陷进行了宏观和微观断口分析，研究了工艺参数对灰斑的影响，提出了改善接头性能的措施。

| Abstract: | The falt spots in flash welded joints of 60 kg/m U71Mn rails are studied. Fractographic analyses are conducted to study the nature and cause of flat spots. The influences of welding parameters on flat spots are investigated,and a rational welding procedure is suggested to improve properties of flash welded joints. |
