内河船舶指标体系计算常见问题及对策研究

摘    要:为了切实履行好船检部门的审图职责,有效推进广西内河船型标准化工作,文章结合广西船检部门审查新建船舶图纸工作实践,分析了广西船舶设计部门送审的营运船舶燃料消耗指数设计阶段初步验证计算书和CO2排放指数设计阶段初步验证计算书在指标体系计算中存在的问题,指出了设计部门在指标体系认识上的误区,并提出了指导船舶设计和指标体系审图的有效对策。

Abstract:In order to propedy carry out their drawing reviewing duties of ship inspection department, and to effectively promote the standardization work of Guang)d inland river ship models, this article, combined with the new ship drawing reviewing work practices of ship inspection departments in Guangxi, analyzed the existing problems in the index system calculation of preliminary calculation and verification book at the operation ship fuel consumption index design phase and the preliminary calculation and verification book at CO2 emissions index design phase submitted by Guangxi ship design departments, pointed out the errors of design departments in the index system knowledge, and put forward the effective countermeasures to guide the ship design and index system drawing reviewing.
